Off-the-Shoulder Knit

I was looking for something casual to wear, something that I could throw on when I am out shopping.  This season, I am in love with the colour purple and so here is my "off the shoulder" sweater.

I am so excited with all the new fabric that I have acquired.  I am sure  someone out there can relate, I have a stash of fabric that I always say, "I'm gonna make something with that" and then it sits!

Work It Out!

Happy Sunday.  It was a lazy Sunday for me. Basketball and Football on my TV all day. I wanted something that was comfy-cozy.  I made this jacket with the Vogue #8778.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  It is absolutely FREEZING here.  On a day like this, I would rather stay in bed, comfy and warm.  However, duty calls.   I managed to get some sewing in this weekend.
