DIY Ikea Rug Floor Pouf

So for the longest time I have wanted to tackle the DIY project of a floor pouf.
I came across a few tutorials for creating these poufs.  Before I began the project, I scoped out a few ready made floor pouf to see if it was worth it to make my own.  What I discovered is that the average cost of a floor pouf in the size that I wanted was about $129.00.  So with that price is mind, I set out to make this project for less than $129.00.

Material Used for 1 floor pouf:

3- Ikea rug- $2.99 each found HERE

1- Foam insert- $40.00 (plus tax)

2- 30" Zipper- $4.99

I created 2 floor poufs with a measurement of 11" x 22" x 22".

So as you can tell, I came well under my budget and so I am a happy DIYer!
