Shirring Project Completed!

You might remember, I had a WIP that I was experimenting with shirring.
Although I had never done it before, I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out.  Well I finally figured out what I wanted to do with the rest of the project.  I made a cinched-waist tunic top.  It it great with leggings or skinny jeans.
